Working alongside experienced consultants, you will receive comprehensive training in transport legislation, operator licensing requirements, fleet compliance systems, and industry best practices. The role will involve supporting transport operators to maintain legal compliance and improve operational standards across their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of transport management systems.
- Assist consultants in conducting transport compliance audits and reviews.
- reparation of compliance reports and action plans.
- Review operator licence documentation and maintenance records.
- Help monitor vehicle inspection schedules, driver hours, tachograph compliance, and transport management systems.
- Maintain accurate records and update compliance databases.
- Liaise with clients, drivers, transport managers, and regulatory bodies where required.
- Assist with preparing documentation for regulatory inspections and public inquiries.
- Conduct research into transport legislation and industry guidance.
- Support the delivery of compliance training and awareness programmes.
- Attend client sites under supervision to observe and assist with compliance assessments.
- Keep up to date with changes in transport regulations and industry standards.
Training and Development
The successful candidate will receive structured training covering:
- Operator licensing requirements.
- Driver hours and tachograph regulations.
- Vehicle maintenance compliance.
- Fleet management systems.
- Transport audits and compliance reviews.

- Full UK driving licence.
