Job Title: Automotive Assistant Centre Manager

Must have Automotive experience

£28,000 to £31,000 plus depot bonus

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Working hours to be discussed during the interview)

Salary:

Basic : £28,000-£31,000 plus depot bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimum
To ensure all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis
To increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre
Identify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
Carry out service and repair on all makes of vehicle
Support other Centers, when asked, when necessary
To adhere to the Company’s Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control
To comply with reasonable instructions from Management
The company will supply you with uniform, it must be clean and presentable at all times
Liaise with Head Office and other Departments
