As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Logistics Assistant to support the smooth movement of stock across suppliers, warehouses, internal teams and customers.
The Role
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role supporting our logistics, operations and merchandising teams.
You’ll help track stock movements, update logistics information, maintain accurate records, support deliveries and assist with product launch administration. This would suit someone organised, reliable and keen to build a career in fashion operations, logistics or supply chain.
You don’t need years of experience, but you do need to be accurate, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with inbound shipments from suppliers and factories
- Track deliveries and update internal schedules
- Help check shipping documents, packing lists and invoices
- Support stock movements, transfers and warehouse updates
- Maintain logistics trackers and internal records
- Flag delays, stock issues or discrepancies to the wider team
- Support product creation and launch admin
- Update product and logistics trackers accurately
- Work closely with logistics, merchandising, ecommerce, production and customer service teams
- Support the team during busy trading periods and product launches
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Reliable, methodical and calm under pressure
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Willing to learn and take ownership
- Interested in fashion, logistics, operations or supply chain
- Previous experience in admin, stock control, retail operations, warehousing, logistics or merchandising support would be helpful but is not essential

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
