Emergency Doctors Medical services is seeking experienced and friendly Emergency Care Assistants to join our large team of highly qualified and experienced staff as casual/ bank workers.
We are a leading event medical company providing first aid services at a range of events including festivals, concerts, and small scale gatherings such as stock car meets and park runs. We are looking for skilled and compassionate ECAs to join our team. To be eligible to apply you must meet our minimum criteria of a valid FREC 4 & SALM, as well as a level 3 Cerad or a qualified Emergency Medical Technician with an NHS Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency first aid support at a range of events.
- Respond to medical emergencies quickly and efficiently.
- Assist with the setup of first aid stations and medical tents.
- Work alongside other medical professionals to ensure safety protocols are followed. Our team is always lead by a health care professional and the focus is always high standards of clinical care
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and treatment provided.
Requirements:
- A Valid FREC 4 & SALM, as well as a level 3 Cerad or a qualified Emergency Medical Technician with an NHS Trust.
- Previous experience in a medical or first aid role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations.
- Availability to work at events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional attitude.
- Flexibility to travel to different event locations.
