Key Responsibilities
- Installation of porcelain paving, natural stone paving, and block paving
- Kerb edging and finishing works
- Sub-base preparation and compaction (MOT Type 1)
- Underground drainage installation
- Concreting and foundation works
- Setting out levels and working from plans
- Operating plant and machinery where required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hard landscaping, groundworks, or construction
- Proven experience with paving, edging, drainage, and general hard landscaping works
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and site awareness
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Punctual, reliable, and hard-working
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience operating 360 excavators and dumpers
- Relevant plant or construction qualifications
