NSB-Global Enterprise Ltd is expanding its operational network across Teesside and the North East, and we are actively seeking experienced and professional security operatives to join our growing team.

We provide a range of security services across the UK, supporting clients within corporate, residential, public sector, event, and high-risk environments. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our local pool of dependable operators available for upcoming contracts and deployments throughout Teesside and surrounding areas.

Roles We Are Looking to Fill

We are interested in hearing from individuals with experience in:

Static Security
Event Security & Stewarding
Door Supervision
Close Protection
Mobile Patrols
CCTV Operations
Residential Security Teams
Fire Marshal & Waking Watch Roles
Surveillance & Asset Protection
Corporate Security

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining a professional security presence
Monitoring and reporting incidents effectively
Conducting patrols and access control duties
Supporting client safety and operational requirements
Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies
Completing reports and maintaining accurate records
Working as part of a wider operational team

Essential Requirements

Valid SIA Licence (DS, SG, CP or CCTV depending on role)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Reliable transport preferred
Flexible availability, including weekends and nights

Desirable Qualifications

First Aid / FREC Qualifications
ACT Awareness Training
Previous military or emergency services background
Experience within high-profile or corporate environments
CCTV or surveillance experience
