About the Role
K&C Joinery is looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter / Carpenter to support ongoing residential projects across Oxfordshire.
This role involves kitchen installations, carpentry work, fitted furniture and general joinery tasks. We are seeking a reliable tradesperson who can work independently, maintain high standards of workmanship and communicate professionally with customers.
Responsibilities/Kitchen Installation
- Kitchen fitting and installation
- Cabinet and unit fitting
- Worktop installation and adjustments
- Appliance preparation
- Finishing and snagging works
Carpentry & Joinery
- Second-fix carpentry
- Door installation
- Skirting and architrave fitting
- Fitted furniture installation
- General carpentry and joinery tasks
Site Duties
- Maintaining a tidy working environment
- Working alongside other trades when required
- Identifying and resolving installation issues
- Supporting wider project requirements
Requirements/Essential
- Previous kitchen fitting experience
- Strong carpentry skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Professional and reliable approach
- Good communication skills
Required
- Full UK driving licence
- Own van
- Own tools
- Public Liability Insurance
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Bespoke joinery experience
- Wardrobe fitting experience
- Residential refurbishment experience
