Full job description

As part of the Easy Garden Group, 3PWELL Ltd is a growing third-party logistics provider delivering fast, flexible fulfilment solutions for eCommerce and B2B clients.

We manage the complete fulfilment process for our customers’ online sales channels and are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to join our expanding team.

This is a hands-on role in a busy and supportive environment where every day brings something different. If you enjoy staying active, take pride in doing a great job, and want to be part of a hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Receiving, unloading, and processing deliveries in line with company procedures
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Counting stock and updating inventory records accurately
Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as needed
Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

Aged 18+ and comfortable lifting up to 20kg throughout the shift
Reliable, proactive, and hardworking attitude
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to delivering high-quality work with a “Right First Time” approach
Positive team player who can also work independently
Comfortable working on your feet in a dynamic environment
Good communication skills and a safety-first mindset

Desirable Experience

Previous warehouse, logistics, retail, or manual handling experience
Experience using handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Counterbalance forklift licence
