Zen Shots is looking for confident, energetic Telesales Executive to join our growing team.
This is the perfect role for someone who genuinely loves being on the phone, thrives on targets, enjoys building instant rapport, and gets a buzz from turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Work anywhere from 24 to 40 hours per week, choosing your hours within our operating times:
Monday to Saturday, 9am - 7:00pm

The Role
Based at our Milton Keynes studio, you will work alongside a small and supportive team including fellow Customer Relations Team, photographers, fine art consultants, marketing and management. Every department works together to ensure our clients receive a five-star experience throughout their journey with us.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting qualified leads who have already expressed an interest in a Zen Shots photography experience. Your role is to build rapport, create excitement, answer questions, overcome objections and convert enquiries into confirmed photoshoot bookings.
Your job is simple:
- Build rapport quickly and confidently
- Be driven, productive and up-hold a target driven attitude
- Create excitement about their photography experience
- Convert enquiries into booked photoshoots
- Keep accurate records within our CRM system
- Consistently achieve booking targets and KPIs
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is highly confident on the telephone
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with clear pronunciation and excellent vocabulary
- Has excellent prior experience in closing deals or cold calling on the phone
- Loves speaking with people all day
- Is target and KPI driven
- Has a positive, resilient attitude
- Enjoys sales and closing opportunities
- Is efficient and confident using computers and digital systems
- Has experience working with CRM systems and accurately recording customer information
- Has excellent attention to detail and note-taking skills
- Is organised, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Can work independently whilst contributing to a team environment
