About the Role:
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role within an established and supportive operations team where you’ll make a real difference. You’ll support customers via phone and email—often during stressful or urgent situations—helping to resolve issues calmly, professionally and efficiently.
You’ll be fully trained on our systems and processes, enabling you to confidently respond to alerts, manage vehicle theft reports, and coordinate emergency and breakdown support.
Location: Knowlhill, Milton Keynes
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the in office days
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12 noon to 8pm - 37.5 hours/week
(Includes bank holidays and additional cover as required)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering calm, empathetic customer support via phone and email, including supporting distressed customers

Responding quickly and accurately to system alerts and alarms

Logging and managing vehicle theft reports and associated documentation

Triaging EV charging queries, emergency calls, and breakdown support requests in line with SLAs

Completing administrative tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and GDPR compliance
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a contact centre, control room, or customer-facing role

Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in high-volume environments

Strong communication skills with proven ability to de-escalate challenging situations

Fluent English (spoken and written) with a professional telephone manner

Good IT literacy and confidence learning new systems

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Reliable, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectivel

Based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes with full UK working rights
Desirable (But Not Essential)
