We are looking for a proactive, highly organised and confident Press Officer to join our Communications and Media team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality media activity across a fast-paced Formula One environment. You will support the day-to-day running of the Press Office, help manage media programmes at race events and the AMR Technology Campus, and create compelling communications content that strengthens the team’s brand, reputation and engagement with fans, media and commercial partners.
Working closely with senior communications colleagues, drivers, management and external stakeholders, you will help ensure the team delivers a professional, responsive and world-class media operation throughout the season.

Support the delivery of daily media activity, long-lead communications projects, spokesperson programmes and wider PR initiatives.
- Attend selected Formula One race events and tests, supporting the team’s media operations and managing media commitments for drivers, management and other spokespeople.
- Lead the on-site media programme for Formula One driver talent at selected race events.
- Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Press Office at track and at the AMR Technology Campus, including media schedules, press enquiries, briefing documents and press release distribution.
- Create and manage media schedules for race weekends, test events, factory activity and national or international events.
- Write, edit and distribute high-quality communications content, including media releases, briefing materials and external media communications.
- Develop and deliver media strategies for elements of the Driver Squad and Driver Academy, from planning through to execution.
- Deliver clear and effective media briefings for drivers, Driver Squad members and other spokespeople.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, broadcasters, local race promoters, talent teams and key paddock contacts.
- Support media outreach and hosted media visits at the AMR Technology Campus, including managing filming crews, schedules, access and logistics.
- Monitor Formula One media coverage, industry trends and wider news agendas, identifying opportunities and risks for the team.
- Work with the Research and Insights team to plan, create and analyse regular media reports throughout the season.
- Contribute to strategic communications projects, including car launches, documentary integrations, media partnerships and long-lead content initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Communications and Media department, including meeting materials, document tracking and diary management.
- Act as a flexible and collaborative resource across ad-hoc communications projects as required.

Previous experience within Formula One, motorsport, elite sport, a major brand or a fast-paced communications environment is desirable.
- Strong understanding of media relations, storytelling, news agendas and the requirements of a busy press office.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce accurate, engaging and brand-aligned content under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a demanding, rapidly changing environment.
- Confident and professional communicator, able to build effective relationships with media, talent, colleagues and external partners.
- Calm, resilient and decisive under pressure, with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing schedules, logistics and media activity across multiple locations.
- Creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to take ideas from concept through to delivery.
- Flexible approach to working hours and international travel, including weekends and race events; a full driving licence is required.
