Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. This role involves developing engaging content across various social media platforms, managing online presence, and fostering positive public relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of current social media trends and excellent communication skills to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing and storytelling to make a significant impact on our organisation’s online reputation.

Duties

Develop, plan, and execute innovative social media content tailored to target audiences
Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally
Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy and increase reach and engagement
Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Organise campaigns that promote brand awareness, product launches, or special events
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, tools, and best practices
Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and media outlets to enhance public relations efforts

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful content creation across multiple platforms
Knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social is desirable
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for visual storytelling
Experience in public relations or community engagement is advantageous
Ability to analyse data insights and adapt strategies accordingly
Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
