Lyndon Pharmacy is a new independent pharmacy located at Highbridge Medical Centre (TA9 3YA) soon to open. We are currently recruiting for a Non-Pharmacist Manager to lead our team.
We are recruiting for 44.5 hours a week. You will need to be flexible to cover holidays.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
- Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy fast-paced environment
- Well-organised with excellent time management skills
- Friendly and able to build a good rapport with customers
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the pharmacy
- Ensuring that key KPIs are met and targets are hit
- Driving the Pharmacy forward, working closely with the co-located GPs
- Working closely with the two regular locums to ensure that patients receive the best possible experience
- Labelling and dispensing prescriptions
- Checking deliveries
- Preparing MDS trays
- Counter sales
- Answering customer queries
