Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician / Solar Installer to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing solar energy systems and domestic, commercial and industrial electrical installations across various sites.

Responsibilities

Install solar panel systems, including mounting, wiring, and connection to existing electrical infrastructure
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar energy systems and electrical installations.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment such as multifunction testers.
Perform domestic, commercial and industrial installations of any size.
Test and inspect properties.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies
Assist with site assessments and prepare detailed reports on systems.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used

Qualifications

Proven electrical experience, ideally within renewable energy or solar installation sectors.
18th edition qualification.
2391 test and inspection would be a bonus.

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
