We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Kitchen Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships to promote our range of kitchen solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen understanding of sales processes. Duties

Identify and approach prospective clients through targeted sales strategies.
Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities
Manage a pipeline of leads using IT tools, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
Drive organisational growth by expanding the client base within designated territories
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to enhance sales strategies

Qualifications

Proven experience preferably within the kitchen or home improvement sector
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits
Proficiency in IT applications such as MS Office Suite, and other relevant software
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Effective time management skills to optimise productivity across various tasks
Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanour at all times
