We are looking for an EXPERIENCED FULL-TIME team member (30-40hours a week which will include some weekends).

We are looking for an experienced individual, ready to take on responsibility and lead a team. A person who is bubbly, able to talk to customers, passionate about food and drink, can work well in fast paced, diverse environment whilst maintaining excellent quality and service.
As our shop is independent, customer service must be top priority. You should be able to provide our customers with a friendly, knowledgeable and polite service.
You should have a proactive, solution focused approach and are keen to provide your input so we can continue to give the best experience to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold food (including preparing homemade breads and desserts)
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks
- Advising customers on products
- Providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with stock counts and placing orders
- Assisting in social media content creation
- Opening and closing the shop when needed
- Progressing to lead a team
- Progressing to take on managerial responsibilities
- Proactive role in the business
All training will be provided and other staff perks to be discussed on interview.
We are looking for someone FULL-TIME and committed therefore unfortunately we will NOT be hiring for seasonal or short-term work.
