The Role

We are looking for a driven, results-focused B2B Account Executive to join our growing team.

You'll be selling directly to C-suite and senior decision-makers at some of the world's most recognisable and exciting companies: think Meta, Unilever, HelloFresh, and some of the fastest-growing AI businesses on the planet. These are six-figure deals with brands that actually matter, and the commercial skills you'll build here - enterprise sales, negotiation, stakeholder management - are ones that will serve your career for life.

We're one of Scotland's most exciting growing businesses, and you'll have real ownership over your own accounts from day one, with the kind of exposure that would take years to get at a bigger, slower company.

You'll be set up to succeed from day one with structured on-the-job training, access to a warm book of accounts, and the opportunity to work towards MEDDPICC certification as you grow into the role. You'll be part of a team that genuinely celebrates each other's wins. As long as you bring the ambition, the resilience, and a real appetite to build something, we'll give you everything else you need.

What You'll Be Doing

Own your deals end to end: you'll be the person who finds the opportunity, has the conversations, and gets the contract signed. Every win is yours.
Show people what we do: you'll be presenting Go Swag to potential clients, bringing our product to life in a way that makes them want it.
Keep your pipeline organised in HubSpot: think of this as your control centre. You'll track every deal, every conversation, and every next step so nothing gets missed.
Work hand in hand with sales and marketing: you're on the frontline, so you'll hear things the rest of the business doesn't. Your feedback will directly shape how we sell and market ourselves.
Hit your targets and earn more when you do: there are clear goals and an uncapped commission structure that rewards you directly for your performance.
Share what you're hearing: objections, competitor names, what's landing and what isn't. The best ideas here come from the people closest to the customer, and that's you.

What We're Looking For

No experience? We'll back you if you've got:
- Genuine hunger and a competitive edge
- Confidence on the phone, on email, and in a meeting
- The ability to take feedback, adapt fast, and keep going when it's tough
- Curiosity about business - you like understanding how companies work and where you can add value
Experienced candidate? You'll thrive if you have:
- Experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing a busy pipeline via CRM
- The drive to build, not just maintain; you want to create something, not just inherit it
