Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role offers an opportunity to develop administrative skills within a dynamic office environment. The successful applicant will possess strong communication abilities, organisational skills, and proficiency with office software.

Duties

Taking payments from customers
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour at all times
Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, transferring calls or taking messages as needed
Manage front desk operations

Experience

Previous office experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated good phone etiquette and professional communication skills
