DJ Assembly Ltd is seeking a Costing Admin to handle its sustained growth. We recently completed a company-wide relocation, where our 20,000 sq/ft facility allows both Factory and HQ to operate under one roof. Its open-plan workspace has significantly enhanced collaboration and communication across all departments.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Costing Admin to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Costing Administrator will be responsible for strategic sourcing of electronic components and providing accurate material costs to the Sales Team in a timely manner.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate material costs to the sales team within required timelines
Strategic sourcing of electronic components
Negotiation, cost efficient and shrewd procurement of electronic components, printed circuit boards and electronic sub-assemblies
Supplier liaison and relationship development
Communicating material lead times, end of life/obsolete parts and queries to sales team
Data preparation for analysis
Use of MRP/ERP and Luminovo operating systems
Assist with other admin duties as required
Complete any other reasonable tasks beneficial to the business

Competent computer and administrative skills
