You’ll be at the centre of our operation — connecting the office team with technicians out on the road and making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll:
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations
- Manage both customer service staff and field technicians
- Drive performance, KPIs, and service quality
- Improve systems, planning, and organisation
- Solve problems quickly and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised and naturally structured
- Enjoys planning, problem solving, and improving systems
- Is confident managing people and holding standards
- Can stay calm under pressure and make decisions
- Takes ownership rather than waiting for direction
Experience in operations, service delivery, or team management is important.
Experience in cleaning or facilities is a bonus — but mindset matters more.
