Social Media & Marketing Manager

Permanent Position | 3–5 Days Per Week | Family Office

We are seeking an exceptional Social Media & Marketing Manager to join a dynamic family office overseeing a diverse portfolio of businesses operating across multiple sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable, commercially minded marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working across varied brands, industries, and business ventures.

Working directly alongside the Director, you will take ownership of marketing strategy, brand development, and digital presence across a portfolio of established and growing businesses.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and developing the overall marketing function across multiple companies, ensuring each brand maintains a strong market presence whilst identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing social media strategies across multiple brands and platforms
Managing content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
Overseeing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all businesses
Creating and implementing wider marketing campaigns to support business growth
Managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Working closely with the Director on business strategy, launches, promotions, and brand development
Identifying new marketing opportunities across varied sectors and adapting strategy accordingly
Coordinating external agencies, designers, photographers, and freelancers where required
Monitoring analytics, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness
Supporting reputation management and public-facing communications across the group

About You

We are looking for someone highly competent, proactive, and commercially aware who can operate with both creativity and strategic thinking.

You will ideally have:

Proven experience in social media management and wider digital marketing
Strong understanding of branding, audience growth, and customer engagement strategies
Experience managing multiple brands or businesses simultaneously
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
Strong knowledge of paid advertising and digital marketing platforms
A hands-on, self-starting attitude with excellent organisational skills
The ability to work directly with senior leadership and translate ideas into execution
Confidence working in a varied environment where no two days are the same
A high level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
