NB The role will be based from one of our Logistics hubs (Bradford, Castle Donington or Welham Green) but most of the time will be spent working in partnership with our 3PL’s on sites across the country so the successful candidate must be prepared to travel.
What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
- Drive meaningful, data-led improvements across a national warehouse network, partnering closely with 3PL teams to deliver tangible results at both site and network level
- Take ownership of the end-to-end CI pipeline, leading structured review rhythms and ensuring initiatives are prioritised, progressed and delivering measurable benefits
- Build and maintain a strong network of cross-functional stakeholders, aligning Operations, Finance and external partners to maximise impact and delivery
- Shape the future of warehouse operations by influencing WMS development, driving standardisation and simplifying processes across multiple sites
- Lead end-to-end problem solving, turning complex operational and retail challenges into clear, scalable solutions that improve performance and enhance the end customer experience
