About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Farm Compliance Administrator to support our Agricultural team in ensuring continued compliance with industry-leading accreditation schemes including RSPCA, Red Tractor, and OF&G.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working closely with farm operations, animal welfare, and compliance standards within agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining strong working relationships with accreditation bodies including RSPCA, Red Tractor and OF&G
- Organising and coordinating farm audits across multiple sites
- Supporting Farm Managers to ensure sites remain audit-ready and compliant
- Assisting with internal policy and documentation reviews
- Managing and responding to non-conformances within required timeframes
- Coordinating training courses and maintaining training records for farm workers
- Supporting welfare and compliance initiatives across the farming operation
- Assisting with additional administrative and compliance duties as required
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Is confident communicating with farm teams and external auditors
- Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple priorities
- Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Has good IT and document management skills
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within poultry, agriculture, farming, or food production
- Knowledge of assurance schemes such as Red Tractor, RSPCA or OF&G
- Experience coordinating audits, compliance documentation, or training records

Location & Hours
Our main office is based in Shropham, Norfolk and out agriculture office in Snetterton, Norfolk. This role will cover our farms across Norfolk & Suffolk.
This position is Full-time, 5 Days Per Week (42.5 Hours per week)
Flexibility required, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Pay
Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
