Join YMCA Norfolk as a Bank Youth Engagement Worker and help deliver exciting youth club sessions that inspire, support, and empower young peopleall while working hours that suit you.
About the role
As part of our bank (casual) team, youll step in to support our youth clubs when neededbringing energy, creativity and positivity to every session.
Youll help deliver fun, engaging activities in a safe and supportive environment, ensuring every young person feels welcome, respected and heard.
No two sessions are the sameone evening you could be leading games or creative activities, the next supporting group discussions or mentoring young people.

Experience in youth work is great, but your enthusiasm, energy, and commitment are what really matter most.
