Full job description

Rawlins Davy Reeves is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join our Property Team in Bournemouth!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Property Team in Poole. We offer a fantastic, collaborative working environment with a number of benefits. This is a varied role, and duties will include but not be limited to:

Dealing with client enquiries and communicating with a variety of third parties
File opening and closing - including adherence to AML, client care and compliance procedures
Preparing draft documents, contract packages and more
Preparing residential transactions for exchange and completion
Post-completion responsibilities including SDLT returns and HMLR applications

Personal Qualities and Skills:

Friendly and helpful team player
Well organised with ability to prioritise workload
Great spoken and written communication skills
Ability to work accurately with a good attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Able to use Microsoft Office packages and possess sufficient typing skills

You will also have:

Prior experience in a similar role and a comprehensive working knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
