Join Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust as a Healthcare Support Worker!
Our aim is to deliver high quality, safe services which improve the health and wellbeing of the people we care for. Your contributions make an immediate difference to the lives of the people we serve, whilst helping to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
We're looking for individuals to join our Hospital at Home and frailty service, with vacancies across Eastleigh and Lymington. This is a fast paced role, where you'll be delivering outstanding care in patients' homes. We pride ourselves on ensuring our staff feel valued, supported and encouraged to develop their skills. As well as our Support Worker induction, you can expect continual opportunities to learn and grow, as you work within our wider multi-disciplinary teams.
The service operates 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, and you can expect a range of shift patterns, including up to two weekends per month. Please mention your preferred location in your application. A full driving license and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
The Trust is unable to offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
