About Kubbi

Key note before you read on
You need a good understanding of social content and how it all works. Ideally you've worked in an ecom brand before — but if you haven't, a can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet will take you just as far here.
The role
This is a fun, hands-on creative marketing role — no two weeks look the same. One day you're on a photo or video shoot with kids ripping around on our bikes, the next you're writing ad scripts with the team, or finding creators online and getting Kubbi products sent out to them.
A big part of the job is working with online creators: you'll use software to find creators who fit the brand, we'll send them out our products, and you'll give them brief scripts and outlines for the content we want them to create. The best ones get brought into our affiliate programme so they keep promoting Kubbi and earning from it. But that's one part of the job, not the whole job — you'll be involved in ad creative across the board.
What you'll be doing
- Ad creative — working with the marketing team on new ad ideas, hooks and video ad scripts for our in-house ads
- Shoots — getting involved in photo and video shoots — planning them, being on set, and helping turn the footage into content and ads
- Finding creators — using creator platforms and software to find online creators who fit the Kubbi brand, and sending them out our products
- Briefs & scripts — giving creators brief scripts and outlines for the content you want them to create
- Affiliate programme — bringing the best creators into our affiliate programme, setting them up with links and codes, and managing the relationship
- Social content — supporting our social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook) with content from shoots and creators
- Performance — seeing which ads and creators actually drive sales, doubling down on what works
Who we're looking for
- A creative person who lives on TikTok and Instagram — you know what's trending, what makes people stop scrolling, and you've got opinions on why one ad works and another doesn't.
- Someone with energy and a positive attitude — you'll be out on shoots, chatting to creators and pitching ideas to the team, so we need someone who brings something to the room.
- A fast learner who can think on their feet — you'll pick up new tools and figure things out as you go rather than waiting to be told.
- Organised enough to juggle several creators, shoots and campaigns at once without dropping the ball.
- Some marketing or content experience would be good, but it's not essential — attitude and a genuine feel for social matter more.
- Based within commuting distance of Carryduff, with the right to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
- Experience with affiliate platforms or influencer outreach.
- Ecommerce / Shopify experience.
We understand if you don't have all of this — it's a lot. If you've got the attitude and the feel for social, apply anyway.
What you'll get
- £26,000 – £29,000 depending on experience.
- Real career progression — we're a young, innovative team and we see progression within the company as the best way to grow. If you're good and have a positive attitude, you will be promoted into higher roles.
- Real ownership — you'll build our creator and affiliate programme from the ground up, with the founder's backing.
- A fast-moving, founder-led ecommerce brand where your work is live in front of customers within days.
- Staff discount on Kubbi bikes, scooters and quads.
- Free on-site parking at our Carryduff offices.
