About Us:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our workforce, you will oversee and manage groundworks operations on a variety of construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of groundworks activities on construction sites. Your duties will include:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed to required standards.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and deliveries.
Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health and safety procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership & organisational skills.
Ability to interpret & work from technical drawings & site plans.
Strong understanding of construction processes.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers as needed.
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a small to medium team.
Ensure site cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with company policies.
Professional, reliable & hands on approach.

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety.
CSCS or CPCS card
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Full UK driving licence
