As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Sales Executive to strengthen our brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, commercially focused, and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to lead our marketing initiatives and support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, enhancing customer engagement, increasing restaurant bookings and takeaway sales, and identifying new business opportunities. This role will play a key part in expanding Xin Chao's customer base and strengthening its position within the local hospitality market.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the restaurant's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, promotional campaigns, and customer testimonials.
- Produce high-quality visual content showcasing Vietnamese dishes, restaurant atmosphere, special events, and cultural experiences.
- Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries, messages, comments, and online interactions.
Brand Development & Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Promote the restaurant's authentic Vietnamese heritage and culinary offerings through targeted campaigns.
- Organise promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement activities.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organisations, and community groups to increase brand visibility.
- Encourage customer loyalty through membership schemes, promotions, and repeat-visit initiatives.
Website & Online Presence Management
- Manage and update the restaurant's website, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and informative.
- Optimise online ordering and reservation systems to improve customer convenience and conversion rates.
- Coordinate search engine optimisation (SEO) activities to improve online visibility.
- Monitor website traffic and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for improvement.
Sales Development & Business Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase dine-in bookings, takeaway orders, and delivery sales.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, including catering services, corporate events, partnerships, and local collaborations.
- Support the launch of new menu items and promotional offers through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Analyse sales performance data and provide recommendations to management to improve business performance.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
Online Reputation Management
- Manage and respond to customer reviews on Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.
- Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and feedback.
- Maintain accurate business information across all online directories and platforms.
- Address customer feedback professionally and work with management to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, or business development.
- Experience within the hospitality, restaurant, food service, tourism, or retail sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience creating digital content, including photography, videography, and short-form video marketing.
- Knowledge of website management, SEO, and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and contribute strategically to business growth.
