Overview
We are seeking skilled Decorators and Construction Painters to join our dynamic team. This role involves transforming spaces through expert painting and decorating techniques, contributing to both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a good command of English, and experience in driving and construction painting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship and detail-oriented work to develop their careers within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to painting or decorating
Apply paints, varnishes, wallpapers, and other finishes with precision and attention to detail
Operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently during decorating tasks
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met
Manage time effectively to complete projects within designated deadlines
Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout each project
Assist with site setup and breakdown at the beginning and end of each job

Requirements

Proven experience in decorating or construction painting is preferred
Valid driving licence is desirable for transportation between sites
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications accurately
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to decorating work
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
