The Cosy Cafe in Airdrie is looking for experienced floor staff to join our busy team. If you’ve worked in a cafe or restaurant before and know how to deliver great service, we’d love to hear from you.
Position: Floor Staff
Type: Hours to be discussed (flexible)
Location: The Cosy Cafe, 81 South Bridge Street, Airdrie
What You’ll Do:
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and look after customers
- Keep tables and the dining area clean and tidy
- Handle payments using our Toast POS system
- Work closely with the kitchen and deli teams
- Provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits
- Be flexible and willing to help in other areas, including the deli, when the cafe is busy
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cafe or restaurant experience (essential)
- Experience using a POS system (Toast experience is a bonus)
- Confident, friendly, and professional with customers
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and a strong team player
