T Wall Garages is a successful independent family-owned motor retailer representing the MG and Vauxhall franchises in Kingswinford. Having proudly served customers across the West Midlands for over 70 years, we are looking to recruit an experienced Part-Time Accounts Clerk to support our Accountant and finance team.

Flexible Working
We understand that everyone has different commitments outside of work.
We require 20–30 hours per week, but how those hours are worked is entirely flexible. We are happy to agree a working pattern that suits both the successful candidate and the business.
Whether you prefer:
- School hours
- Three full days
- Four or five shorter days
- A mixture of hours across the week
we are happy to discuss a pattern that works for you.
The Role
Working alongside our Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting vehicle stock reconciliations and stocktakes
- Maintaining vehicle debtors and creditors
- Monthly nominal ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing Business Managers' financial logs
- Updating monthly composite performance reports and business statistics
- Preparing and raising bank payments
- Assisting with month-end accounting processes
- General accounts administration and other ad hoc duties
We're looking for someone who is organised, accurate and enjoys working as part of a team.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within an accounts department (minimum two years preferred)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- A proactive, process-driven approach
- A reliable team player
Experience within the motor trade would be beneficial but is not essential.
