We are now seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor on day shift to join our team in Craigavon and contribute to our continued success.

Role Overview

The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This position demands strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to help meet production targets and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Manage shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to optimise workflow.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for senior management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or industrial production environments.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office applications.
