As we continue to grow across South Wales and the South West, we’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The Role
You’ll carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and installation across a wide range of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment — from cold rooms and display cabinets to split systems and VRV/VRF units.
You’ll be trusted to work independently, but supported by a strong technical and operations team that values collaboration and professionalism.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding on commercial refrigeration and AC systems
- Routine PPM servicing across retail, hospitality, and commercial sites
- Installation and commissioning of new systems
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to high standards
- Completing digital job reports and communicating effectively with the office team
What You’ll Need
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
- F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
- Strong background in commercial refrigeration and/or air conditioning service & maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, “can-do” attitude and pride in your workmanship
