As an Engagement Tutor, you will play a crucial role in re-engaging students through academic support, mentorship, and emotional guidance.
Our tutors provide holistic, child-led, and trauma-informed education that values teacher input and fosters creativity. You will develop meaningful relationships with young people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds, making a significant impact on their lives.

You will offer relationship-centered, creative sessions that truly engage and inspire, whilst integrating core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science into your sessions

We offer fully flexible opportunities, whether full-time or part-time, with earnings ranging from £30 to £35 per hour for each assignment. Qualified teacher status is required for this role.
