Job Overview:
We are seeking four dedicated Pool Attendants to join our team. As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction of our pool areas. This is a seasonal role starting 1 July 2026 finishing 31 August 2026
Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool areas, including pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas.
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules and regulations.
- Provide excellent guest service by assisting with enquiries, providing towels, cushions, parasols and ensuring guest needs are met.
- Manage pool equipment and supplies inventory to ensure availability for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the Health Club Manager
-Perform regular pool tests for both indoor and outdoor pools
- Handing out paddleboards to guests when required and ensuring safety procedures are put in place.
-Perform other general duties, including cleaning pool changing rooms, emptying bins, vacuuming the gym floor, cleaning mirrors and gym equipment when required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer oriented approach.
- Knowledge of pool safety procedures and basic maintenance tasks is a plus.
