What your typical day will look like:
Would you like to be part of a dynamic, enthusiastic and caring veterinary team who think that receptionists are one of if not the most important part of our team? Torquay Vets4Pets have an exciting opportunity for a CCA to join their busy practice. Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day organisation and running of the hospital, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and most importantly, help to devise new and innovative ways to drive the practice forward.
The role is for a full time colleague working 40 hours per week with a weekend rota of 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday 0830 - 1400). Applicants looking for part time hours will be considered.
Hourly rate is £12.71

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a client services role including finance/accounts responsibility

Previous veterinary experience is preferable but not essential
