Group Exercise Instructor.

Are you passionate about group exercise? Are you looking for the chance to be part of one of the UK’s most premium and dynamic fitness brands? If so, we are now on the lookout for inspirational, enthusiastic, and energetic people to become Freelance Group Exercise Instructors at Fitness First.

What you'll be doing....

Conducting high quality Group Exercise Classes
Upholding brand standards creating a safe invigorating environment.
Driving regular attendance to achieve performance standards
Creating fun and inspirational classes for all fitness levels
Upsell other class concepts, referrals, and promotions within Fitness First
Keeping yourself accountable and up to date with current fitness trends.

About You

What are we looking for…

Level 2 Exercise to music/ Level 2 Fitness Instructor (compulsory)
Level 3 Fitness Qualification (highly desirable)
Les Mills Qualifications (highly desirable)
Minimum 1 year of teaching (Full time/Part Time)
Approachable, friendly, and engaging personalities.
Adaptable, creative and positively proactive.
Continuous development and knowledge in the fitness industry.
