Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable full-time plasterer to carry out plastering, rendering, and finishing work in a residential home. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing surfaces, applying plaster, and achieving high-quality finishes while ensuring all work meets safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong practical skills, and a commitment to delivering a professional finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare walls and ceilings by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents where required.

Apply plaster, render, and finishing coats to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Repair cracks, holes, and damaged plasterwork to restore smooth finishes.

Ensure all plastering work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following relevant safety guidelines.

Collaborate with homeowners and other trades to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a residential plasterer.

Relevant qualifications or certifications preferred.

Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and surface preparation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
