Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for nature and the skills necessary to maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to groundskeeping and landscape maintenance, ensuring that gardens are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing.

This role is full time Monday to Friday. Must have driving license.

Responsibilities

Assisting a team of experience gardeners.
Perform regular maintenance of gardens, including planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various gardening tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and work areas.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall landscape goals and objectives.

Skills

Minimum of domestic gardening experience. Full training will be given.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as spades, rakes, and pruners, as well as power tools like lawnmowers.
Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labour outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics in garden design and maintenance.
