The RGM Group are growing and are seeking a proactive and organised Workshop Operations Co-ordinator to support the efficient day-to-day operations admin of the RGM Fabrication Workshop.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager the key tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Logistics
· Co-ordinate deliveries and transport logistics with external haulage providers to ensure manufactured ductwork arrives on site
· Provide delivery documentation
· Liaise between workshop, carrier and internal Contract Managers
Procurement
· Track stock levels
· Obtain quotations and assist Workshop Manager with purchasing
Quality Management System
· Support the maintenance of the Company’s ISO Management System
· Ensure records, procedures and documentation are kept current and compliant
Admin / General
· Maintain and update training register for workshop team
· Provide admin support to Workshop Manager and H&S Manager
Requirements for the role:
· Previous admin experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment, ideally within ventilation or fabrication
· Computer literate and competent with MS Outlook and Excel
