About Us
We’re not your typical corporate outfit. Based on a working farm, our business operates at the heart of the countryside. If you prefer fresh air, variety, and a rural setting over a rigid routine, you’ll feel right at home with our small, dedicated team.
The Role
We are seeking a multi-skilled, trustworthy, and proactive individual to take ownership of our Property Maintenance, keeping our premium glamping accommodation, various local properties, and main site infrastructure in top condition.
This is a full-time, hands-on role where no two days are the same. Based from our main location, you will look after our day-to-day physical environment—ensuring our luxury glamping pods are pristine for guests, keeping buildings and facilities running smoothly, and travelling to support our other sites. A company van and all necessary tools are provided. If you take pride in a practical, “can-do” attitude, enjoy working across a mix of hospitality and property maintenance, and see it as a bonus if you can roll up your sleeves and hop on a tractor at harvest time, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Property & Facility Maintenance
- Carry out routine indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks and minor repairs (carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, decorating, and fixtures) across all properties.
- Diagnose faults and fix structural or mechanical issues promptly to ensure facilities remain safe and fully operational.
Glamping Pod Maintenance
- Conduct regular maintenance and rapid-response repairs on our glamping pods to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Troubleshoot and maintain pod facilities, including basic plumbing (showers, sinks), lighting, utilities, and hot tubs/heating systems.
Multi-Site Management & Travel
- Manage your time efficiently to cover requirements across various locations.
- Responsible for the care, basic upkeep, and safe operation of the provided company work van and equipment.

- Helping out with farm-based operations, including tractor driving, during peak periods like harvest.
Health & Safety & Contractors
- Conduct regular safety checks (e.g., emergency lighting, fire alarms) and maintain accurate records.
- Manage inventory, tools, and maintenance supplies efficiently, acting as the point of contact for external trade contractors when major works are required.
About You
You are a practical problem-solver who possesses a keen eye for detail—you understand that guest environments require a high standard of finish. You are highly adaptable, completely comfortable working in an outdoor setting, and enjoy working independently without constant supervision as a key player in a close-knit business.
