About Us: JS Removals is a rapidly scaling, highly professional extraction and clearance firm. We don't do cold calling. Thanks to a massive investment in our digital marketing, our CRM is flooded with high-value, inbound quote requests from homeowners and commercial landlords every single day.

We have the vans, we have the crews, and we have the leads. What we need is a closer.

The Role (The "5-Minute" Rule): Your entire job is to turn inbound web inquiries into booked jobs. You will be dealing with high-ticket projects (averaging £1,000 to £4,000+).

Speed to Lead: When a quote request hits the inbox, you are on the phone within 5 minutes.
Qualification: You will review customer photos, ask the right questions, and build accurate quotes for our field teams to execute.
The Close: You will follow up relentlessly, overcome objections, and get the job scheduled in our calendar.

The Commission Structure: We want you to earn heavily, but we only pay for closed revenue. Our transparent commission structure is paid on top of your base salary.

Who We Are Looking For:

You are hungry but professional. You know how to talk to a distressed homeowner on Tuesday, and a corporate site manager on Wednesday.
You hate leaving money on the table. A lead sitting in the inbox for 2 hours bothers you.
You are highly organized. You will be managing a fast-paced pipeline and dispatching teams; you cannot afford to drop the ball on scheduling.
Previous experience in construction, waste management, or logistics sales is a huge advantage, but a proven track record of closing inbound leads is mandatory.
