You’ll play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and compliance of our financial data, supporting everything from audit readiness to statutory and regulatory reporting.
Working closely with our Finance Manager, you’ll help deliver accurate and timely information to internal teams and external bodies, all while building strong foundations for a long-term career in management accounting.
This is a great opportunity if you're looking to build further hands-on experience across month-end cycles, audits, reporting and broader financial operations.
What you’ll be doing

Supporting audit preparation by gathering documentation, performing reconciliations and responding to auditor requests.
-
Preparing and validating data submissions for regulatory bodies.
-
Assisting with month-end and year-end processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments.
-
Maintaining accurate working papers and evidence files ready for audit or regulatory review.
-
Ensuring financial records are compliant, up to date and aligned with internal controls.
-
Working with finance colleagues to support ad hoc analysis, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
About you
-
You will have started, or completed your AAT qualifications. You may be actively studying towards ACCA, ACA or CIMA – whichever level you're at, we'll support you to complete your remaining exams.
-
Solid grasp of core accounting principles with a keen interest in building your technical expertise.
-
Confident handling large datasets and producing accurate financial or statistical outputs.
-
Highly organised, detail-focused and logical in your approach to problem-solving.
-
