Property Investment Analyst – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Part-Time: Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 15:30

We are a fast-growing property investment and analytics business based in Guildford, supporting major UK affordable housing funds and institutional investors across large residential portfolios.
As our business continues to expand, we are looking to recruit both full-time and part-time Property Investment Analysts to join our friendly and ambitious team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or candidates with existing experience in finance, property, investment, data analysis or housing sectors who are looking to develop their career within a modern and technology-focused business.
The role will involve supporting senior management with financial analysis, operational reporting, property portfolio performance, budgeting, presentations and AI-driven analytics. You will gain exposure to real investment decision-making and work across a wide variety of projects within the affordable housing and residential investment sector.
The successful candidate should be highly organised, analytical and comfortable working with data and reporting. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn are essential.

Experience within property, finance, housing or investment sectors would be beneficial but is not essential for graduate applicants.
Pay: From £45,000.00 per year
