About this Role
Are you an experienced Internal Sales Executive, Account Manager, Internal Account Manager or Sales Coordinator looking for your next challenge? As an Internal Sales Executive with Dawsongroup Energy Solutions in Milton Keynes, you will play a key role in building customer relationships, supporting brokers, and helping drive commercial success through excellent communication and customer service.

Acting as a principal point of contact for customer enquiries, support and relationship management.

Raising quotations, following up opportunities and maintaining visibility of the sales pipeline.

Working closely with brokers to ensure clear and proactive communication throughout the customer journey.

Supporting the Hire Desk team with day-to-day activities and customer requirements.

Collaborating with Marketing to follow up leads and campaigns while maintaining accurate CRM records.
About You
You enjoy building relationships, keeping organised and delivering a high standard of customer service. You are confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders and take pride in getting the details right.

Experience in an Internal Sales / Account Management environment.

Experience of working directly with end user customers, sales teams and other group companies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of Energy Solutions products and applications would be advantageous, but is not essential.
