Following comprehensive on-the-job training, you will become a key member of our vibrant Technical Sales Team, working independently while collaborating with colleagues and customers across multiple departments. You'll gain valuable exposure to every aspect of the business, including Technical, Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Customer Service, providing an excellent platform for career growth and development.
What You'll Be Doing
As a KeyFab Project Co-Ordinator, you'll play a central role in ensuring projects run smoothly and customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver quarterly KeyFab updates across our three offices.
- Manage and process all incoming and outgoing KeyFab quotations and orders.
- Drive, monitor, and report on KeyFab enquiries to maximise opportunities.
- Qualify new enquiries through initial customer contact and engagement.
- Provide weekly updates to key stakeholders on enquiry activity across all lintel sites.
- Liaise daily with Production and Dispatch teams to monitor manufacturing lead times.
- Communicate lead time updates to lintel offices and external sales teams.
- Keep customers informed with accurate and timely delivery updates.
- Support day-to-day office administration activities.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure seamless project coordination and customer satisfaction.
