Full job description

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Omagh, Co. Tyrone

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations to deliver projects on time and within budget
Ensure full Health & Safety compliance on site
Supervise site teams, operatives, and subcontractors
Coordinate materials, labour, and programme of works
Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing progress updates
Read and interpret drawings and specifications
Maintain site records, including diaries and reports
Monitor quality standards and ensure work meets specifications
Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
Lead site meetings, briefings, and toolbox talks

The Person:

An experienced, hands-on Site Manager with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of delivering residential projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

Experience as a Site Manager or similar role in residential construction
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Ability to manage teams and subcontractors
Good understanding of drawings and construction processes
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
CSCS Card (Manager level preferred)
Full, clean driving licence
