About The Role

As a Car Parts Advisor, you'll be the knowledgeable, friendly point of contact for customers

- helping them find the right parts, offering guidance and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards our business is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Supplying customers with the correct parts prompyly and accurately
Handling both counter and telephone enquiries
Working collaboratively within a supportive team
Using electronic catalogues and invoicing systems

What we're looking for

Essential

Strong Knowledge of vehicle components
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Good computer skills
Previous experience in automotive sales or as a motor mechanic

Desirable

Experience with MAM Autoparts or AutoCat software is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

Hours & Schedule

Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday rota : Till 1pm- Paid time and a half
