Job Description
We’re seeking experienced Self-Employed Couriers to join our Edinburgh team delivering in Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Courier, you’ll play a key role in delivering consignments for major clients. This role offers progression to Lead positions for high-performing candidates, providing a clear career path within our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely, efficiently and compliantly complete multi-drop parcel deliveries across Edinburgh
- Handle daily workload of 95-115 Stops
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Support the training and onboarding of new drivers as the team grows.
- Prepare for progression to a supervisory role, overseeing team performance and operations.

Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with fewer than 6 penalty points and no serious Endorsements).
- Aged 25+ for insurance purposes
- Proven experience as a multi-drop delivery driver, in contracts such as Amazon/Evri/DPD/DHL etc.
- Strong communication and Reporting skills
- Vehicle can be supplied at a competitive rate, with no upfront costs
- Comfortable with Delivery devices or a smartphone for delivery apps and route planning.
- Right to work in the UK (verified per the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
Schedule:
- 5-6 days working on rota Monday to Sunday
